Dear Business Owner,

These past few years we have seen many changes in our businesses throughout our community as expenses are higher than
they have been, and labor shortages continue. Most of our local businesses look to be bouncing back well, but others may feel
like they are still just getting by.

There were, however, multiple positive things from the 2023 season. First with your donations and league fees we were able
to get 6 of our dugouts repaired and covered with metal. This year we aim to do the same to our remaining dugouts. Again, we
saw an increase in the number of kids playing in the McLane Little League last year. Also, we had more Tee Ball kids than we did last year.

We greatly appreciate all the sponsors we had last year which allowed
McLane Little League to continue to run smoothly and give our kids a place to play ball.

As we move forward into 2024, our focus and goals will remain unchanged.
We plan to repair the remaining dugouts and we are hoping to update the infield on Field 2 and hopefully add some much-needed drainage in the outfield. If we have enough funds we are going to try and do the same for Field 5. We will not be able to do this without the support of
our community and donors like yourself.

We have a few sponsorship options that will allow you to support your favorite teams. Please review the attached sponsorship
information sheet for the 2024 season. Please consider sponsoring a team or a division. Also please do not forget about our
custom sponsorship options that are always available. You can choose to have your sponsorship go towards a new dugout or
towards helping us replace equipment. The choice would be yours. If you have any questions on how you can be a sponsor of
the McLane Little League, please contact our sponsorship coordinator.

We are asking that sponsors make a commitment by February 23rd. Team sponsorships and requests will be filled on a first
come first-serve basis. Program forms can be mailed to McLane Little League Association, c/o Amanda Snyder, 9446 Eureka
